Cancellation Policy:

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and our staff, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We regret that any missed appointments not cancelled within this timeframe will incur a charge. Additionally, any unused gift certificates on file will be redeemed for the value of the missed services.

Late Arrivals:

To make the most of your scheduled treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointed time. Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling to accommodate all clients’ appointments.

Returns:

Unopened merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a merchandise credit. Please note that gift certificates, series, and packages are nonrefundable. Series services should be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in the prices of packages or services. If you feel inclined, gratuities are graciously accepted, and the industry average typically ranges from 20% to 27% of the service fee.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable, and their prices are guaranteed for a period of six months from the date of purchase.

We accept cash and major credit cards as forms of payment. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Attire for Spa Services:

For all massage, body treatments, and facial services, we kindly request that all clients wear underwear and athletic shorts as part of our salon policy.
