We regret that any missed appointments not cancelled within this timeframe will incur a charge. Additionally, any unused gift certificates on file will be redeemed for the value of the missed services.
To make the most of your scheduled treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointed time. Arriving later than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling to accommodate all clients’ appointments.
Unopened merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a merchandise credit. Please note that gift certificates, series, and packages are nonrefundable. Series services should be redeemed within one year from the date of purchase.
Gratuities are not included in the prices of packages or services. If you feel inclined, gratuities are graciously accepted, and the industry average typically ranges from 20% to 27% of the service fee.
